Catcher, You have to remember that MSFT does not like to talk about the stock price publically but privately they are well aware of the situation. I bet the question of what happens after the court fact finding has been addressed by Maffei and their investor relations department. They will take the necessary action to maintain shareholder confidence. I have that faith in them. In addition, a lot of the people who were afraid have already sold out or bought puts. I don't believe it will be dead money if MSFT does not want it to. Right now, i don't think they want it to be.
