yes, the monopoly called DOJ has much more flexibility, and no accountability to it's constituants.

This is a huge loss for American consumers. I'd say it is a fair bet that most consumers own Microsoft via mutual funds. I also think that impact on the largest component of all three major indexes is incalculable, both in the economic impact, and the psychology of market.

Reno, Jackson, and Klein are myopic and ham handed in their simplicity of purpose.
