I sold two months ago to buy EVTN, and I have been watching with detached interest as USVO slides down slowly. Perhaps the realization of a huge number of shares outstanding has brought people to the truth: The company was overcapitalized for the moment. The stock is worth 45 to 50&#162 on the tech, and another dime on its prospects, and voila'--here you are in the 60&#162 range. Still, USVO has a market cap of $42,250,000--that's pretty good for a non-reporting OTC:BB company. The only way USVO will see $1/share again is if USVO announces a major internet contract (read educational market jazzes nobody), and/or enacts a reverse split. Good luck with your investment. Rick
