"OPEN ORDER - BUY" STATEMENTS????? I just received by regular mail a blue-colored OPEN ORDER to purchase 100 shares of Netcreations IPO at "MKT per share". Anyone else get a written snail-mail confirmation from FBR? I hope this is not an open GTC order to buy the shares in the AFTERMARKET* !!!
