Futurist:

To learn what % of Ovonyx, ECD owns we can check ECD's Sec fillings.

I would like to know why you believe that "Mr. Baker was driven by money significantly". What is the source of your belief? Is it intuition or have you read and analyzed documents and reports to arrive at your belief?

If it is the later could you kindly identify them for our reading.

If Mr. Baker was motivated by money we can check ECD's Sec filings and compare them with similar filings that the Environmental Research Institute of Michigan has to file.

One intuitive hypothesis for me is that Mr. Baker "does not have the right stuff" to wheel and deal and get the NiMH batteries in EV's within a timely and relevant time frame.

A second intuitive hypothesis for me is that there are institutional constraints at ECD and/or GM Ovonic that preclude Mr. Baker from getting the NiMH batteries in EV's within a timely and relevant time frame.

Thank you for your thoughts.

Michael
