Doesn't do much for us financially but does establish he was/is a crook. Not much of a penalty for what he did but sure makes all those letters and digging I did seem worthwhile. He could probably care less if he ever gets to take another Co. public; he took enough out to live comfortably the rest of his miserable existence.
Also if he gets sued by any shareholders, I doubt if there are any funds in the old ECO2 to defend him and the SEC ruling would make a case much easier to win. He could still be hurt.
