t2: Maybe you are right. Bill Gates would be a Knight of theGarter by now and addressed as Lord Gates in jolly old England but these countries have been notoriously socialist (translates to big government controli.e. Tony Blair knows more than the constituency) and just now are beginning to see the light. It appears this administration is leading us the other way.JFD
