Florida is trying to turn their Prison System into a work force..
Keeping the Prisoners working at something they can seek employment in when they are released..Meanwhile they are given a nominal sum when they leave the Prison, which in turn would keep them from returning..Imagine State Prison Inmate on a Resume.??? I like the idea.
