John: Impressive report on JORDEX. A first run through suggested the following questions; (1) Was the mutual fund selling, (roughly 550,000 shares) responsible for the decline in share price from $1.00+ in early April '99 to the current .104? That's a rather disturbing decline, though not if the insiders were buying as the fund was selling. (2) A quick analysis of the balance sheet indicates that with 30 million (pre-diluted) shares, the stock has a book value in excess of $1.50. I have no problem with stocks selling at a discount to book, but this again is an extraordinary discount. Are so many missing so much? Any help you can offer will be appreciated. (Lee)
