NMRX sumry Cellemtry div ->

1. NMRX = data mkt; less expensive than Bell South or Ardis, since they have:
(1) had to build out their networks -- NMRX uses existing cell netwk
(2) Bell & Ardis designed for LONG msg system vs short msg system

2. NMRX's wireless footprint =95% of US cell mkt (greater than any single wireless carrier) & 100% of Cdn cell mkt (Bell Mobility)

3. NMRX's main competitor (BellSoWrls & Ardis fail on price) is Aeris, but :
1. Aeris' system requires capture of the voice channel as well as data -- uses up more of the bndwdth/spectrum, therefore fewer users on the system or less data can be xfr'd
2. Aeris' coverage (cvg) less b/c uses more power b/c must use some power for voice
3. Aeris' cvg lesser again b/c has fewer contracts with cell companies ie. smaller footprint to begin with, so if major national customer comes along, they Aeris' can't handle it
NMRX's Cellemtry is the reverse ie. positive of all the above

A.Cell
B.wireline Data1source
C.vid conf H323
