The three spin-off companies are NetStrat, Int Thoughts & American Software and are supposedly Nevada corporations based in New Mexico. With BNEZ moving to the pink sheets and these companies being a spin-off from a company that couldn't provide the necessary requirements to the SEC, I can see nothing but worthless paper I am sorry to say. I have taken quite a loss from this sham company, and am not too happy about it. They say that each of the corporations will prepare Form 10-SB before year's end. Want to bet they won't make it? I would like to dump these shares before the end of the year. Isn't it convenient that they took this time of year to perhaps make you hang on to see what will happen. I personally feel I am going to take the entire loss as a write-off as I cannot see how much of anything can become of these 4 spin-offs. If BNEZ couldn't do it how do we expect these spin-offs who have direct ties to BNEZ who shafted their shareholders with a reverse split to do it??? My comments only. Lee
