Whatever the reality of the FOF and that nothing illegal has been declared, I was dismayed to see tomorrow's Sunday Times (which is delivered mostly on Saturday) huge headlines: U.S. JUDGE DECLARES MICROSOFT IS A MARKET-STIFLING MONOPOLY; GATES RETAINS DEFIANT STANCE. Two pieces follow underneath: "NOT A FINAL RULING" says a smaller headline and underneath that "Court Says Arguments Offered by Company Are 'Specious'" and then "Clear Finding in Blunt Language." Perception drives the market... Jill
