Phil Sometimes it takes a while to get to every question. TDC is still interested in Bumbat, and will continue to discuss issues with MAC. In any dispute resolution process, there are several sides to the issues, all of which may be irrelevant if a resolution doesn't address one or both sides' wants and needs. I know what is being said, but is that what is meant? Dispute resolutions involving different languages and cultures might at times seem a bit like a Keystone Kops adventure, but it does accomplish something. What I am saying is that what might seem axiomatic to you might be the last thing someone else wants. A public company's goals are fairly clear. They might not be exactly what a private company's goals are. We are trying to guess what MAC might want, and present a reslolution along those lines. The presumption that profitable production is paramount might not be correct, but it is a goal TDC would like to see. Dave
