Thanks for the sound byte. Msft is a laggard in the VC arena, and its the worst aspect of their business, imo. Cmgi is not exactly premier in the internet arena either, but they are public, therefore garner a lot of publicity. Imo Benchmark is probably #1 but thats debatable I know, against KP and everybody else. For public companies Dell has a pretty good portfolio as does Amazon. Msft has webtv and (at one time) healtheon, plus a few other inconsistent players.
