I suspect most people probably think John 3:16 means God loves the whole world because it says "For God so loved the world..."
No, I didn't read your post or posts explaining why this means something opposite of what it appears to say straight out.
One thing - being honest, posting on SI may not be as important to me as it is to you or to some. Today, I slept late, read the newspaper, put some casters on a bunch of new chair legs, skimmed leaves out of the pool, looked at a few stock charts, skimmed a few SI threads. Later I'll see about hanging a shelf in the downstairs bathroom, unload the dishwasher, eat some barbecue, watch a little TV, and read some. My posts on SI are the least important thing I've done or will do today, I think. |
