Trindy, I think the decision to break up MSFT would definitely kill this market. But I am already hearing the bullish spin that, even broken up and even without monopoly power, MSFT is a great co. Barron's was full of that flapdoodle this weekend. It isn't true. Without the monopoly power, MSFT becomes Compaq or Micron Tech. <g> So, it will fall apart and kill the market, but the findings of fact alone can't do it. The penalty phase can.
