Bohdan, Like you said this law firm probably deals with U.S. traded securities only,there is a web site with a lot of information about the VSE and fraud by companies etc. The guy's name is Adrian Duplessis,i don't have all the details ,but i read a few years ago somewhere that he worked for the BC Sec. comm.,he was also a kind of "watchdog"if i re- member well,maybe he knows what can be done in this case ,if anything. BTW I don't think that there is any hope left whatsoever for the pro- ject of STS in Angola,a total writeoff ... Website: imagen.net regards Joe
