Question: Is it possible for the stock to tank next week?

Suppose it goes down to $8. People could buy it at that price, then sell 36% of their holdings at $16. For the remaining of their shares, the stock would have to go below $3.50 for them to start loosing money!

With the same calculations done at $10, the stock would have to go below $6.63 for the shareholders to start loosing money.

So it all depends on what value the market is willing to give AC after the closing of their offer. If the market thinks AC will trade above $6.63, the stock should trade above $10 until November 29.

And considering the float will be reduced by 36%, shouldn't the stock trade higher than $6.63 in December?

Just juggling numbers aloud,
