Interest in Internet access has been high. Bellevue's Advanced Radio Telecom, which hooks up businesses to the Net, jumped $4.438, or 41 percent, to $15.375. Since a similar company enjoyed a successful stock offering six sessions ago, Advanced Radio has gained every day.
