It appears that we have found and fixed the problems impacting the eSignal service over the past two days. The problem was related to two of the routers that manage the eSignal networks. One problem was in our primary site in Hayward and the other problem was with a router in our back up facility in Salt Lake City.

As best as we can tell, it appears that service has been completely restored and we are currently investigating the cause(s) of the problems we encountered. We will also be doing a thorough review of our networks to ensure that this type of failure will not take us down again.

Additionally, it appears that the data integrity of the servers has been maintained and all of Friday's data is available.

Again, DBC is sorry for the inconvenience this has caused our clients and we will do whatever it takes to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
