I could be wrong but I thought that Photopoint compressed the images posted to make the file size smaller. In my recently demised review and photo site, I made it a point to post the finest quality photos from the Epson 850Z. They average about 500kb each. But I'll look into Photopoint.

I haven't really needed any more storage than I have. I just load 48MB of pictures into my Macs and format the Sandisk CF card and start all over. Formatting the card takes inside of one second. Perhaps when I need more storage the cost will be about $1 per MB for CF. But until then, I'm very happy with my camera and have caught the digital photo bug. WHen I have about 600MB or so of photos I'll just burn two $1 CD's (one for backup) and clean my hard drive. But to tell the truth, if I had bought a lesser camera (i.e. one with no optical zoom lens, less than 2 megapixel, etc), I wouldn't be nearly as happy.
