The key fob repair saga is pretty impressive. Who told you you could do that?

The most surprising part is that to undertake the operation, you had to go to Sears, and yet, with no guarantee of success, you did it.

The Sears near us has acres of goods and hardly any employees, so you wander about like a lost child, searching and inwardly whimpering. I try NEVER to go there.
