Y'ah! Sure!? Also, explosive gas build-up in tanks has been noted. How would you handle the tanks? That is a serious problem but not catastrophic. The contents of those dangerous tanks need to be stabilized. In situ solidification of liquid waste is the best means: encapsulation in concrete inside the tanks.
