I'm aware of your past posting and must say I was somewhat confused by the post I responded to. You are right in saying those patent items are dated and don't include anything recently mentioned by the XYBR management. I'll look around about this particular item XYBR commented on. Most times (from what I know) when the patent office releases this type of info. it is because there was an issue raised against the patent.
