Thanks for the NW update. Any idea how soon we can expect a decision? If the FCC wins, I assume that NW will appeal. Given the snail's pace of the court system, and given that the appeal would go to the Supreme Court, a judicial solution would delay NXTL's getting the spectrum via the court system. But since NW would also be in a precarious position if they lose, that would call for a buyout agreement between NXTL and NW with the blessing of the FCC.
