I believe MSFT and IBM are dead money for a while. IBM and MSFT have great potential but that potential will not be realized until further news comes out. For IBM, that's this quarter's conference call in Jan. For MSFT, it's months away and you won't know when it's going to happen. I don't like either for parking my money.
