And what happens if the stock stays flat or goes down on an advisory panel recommendation of a phase 4 trial? It's also not the most favorable market environment to be making these types of bets.

Bad move on Cephalon's part in my opinion. They should have reworked a deal with Chiron if they are short on cash. Looks like someone near the top wants to protect their job (as in avoid a buyout or merger). I wonder what the people in the labs are thinking.
