R. I do not know what they are doing to raise capital for expenses in G&A, salaries, equipment for the mine, two office rentals, etc. and I do not want to know.
I do not know if it is a hoax or not nor do I care. I can only post what I find out and I am careful not to post a negative until I am sure of what I am posting. I try to do that on the positive also.
When the restricted share count was stopped it raised flags. Then the rest started not adding up the more I talked to the company. Because of rule 10b5 I felt I had to post what I knew and why I got out.
Rule 10b-5 -- Employment of Manipulative and Deceptive Devices
It shall be unlawful for any person, directly or indirectly, by the use of any means or instrumentality of interstate commerce, or of the mails or of any facility of any national securities exchange,
a. To employ any device, scheme, or artifice to defraud,
b. To make any untrue statement of a material fact or to omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements made, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading, or
c. To engage in any act, practice, or course of business which operates or would operate as a fraud or deceit upon any person, in connection with the purchase or sale of any security.
SO because I had posted the summary on info I got from the company I had to post the bad and the ugly also. I have a lot of questions. There is a post that answers all my questions with a yes but this post is my very last post on this stock. I do not own it, I do not want to own it, I should have listened to Zee and I am so glad I followed the stock structure.
Not only all this that follows but the last news release appears to be a misleading and this is the attorney they got into the stock over $2.00 which was Orex?s next door neighbor.

Make up your own mind ... I said when I got nailed in this one I would discover why it fell and I did by following the stock structure. If you want to own it because you feel it is a solid investment then do what your DD says for you to do.
I have too many questions and I am usually not one with questions. ANd to rely on the internuts to answer my questions would be totally lame on my part. It may go to $**** a share and everyone get rich. I will not be in it.
I got out of **** except for my daughter's stock when I had flags on it to a year apprx. ago and now that I am seeing the things I want to see come together I am re-entering the stock.
Rule 10b5 is to post the good, the bad and yes even the ugly.
First negative summary I ever did. But people knew I was going negative when the summary suddenly started changing.
I wish I had never gotten in this stock and that is what I get for buying the blame thing because 5K doubled the price one morning (the action) and it was suppose to have 1.5M float.
The longs can flame me to heck and back. If you do not want me back here then do not post to me.
