JFD, I understand you offer your comment in the spirit of debate, but you apparently don't understand the strength of Qualcomm's ipr portfolio or the mechanics of the wireless sector. The thing that attracted me and my fellow Gorilla hunters to qcom was the similarity of their business model to the other great Enabling Gorillas - msft, csco, and intc. In all 4 cases, barriers to entry for erstwhile competitors are huge and switching costs for users are enormous. Imo, that is the reason why msft will survive the errors they have made in their battle with doj and continue to be a stellar LT investment vehicle. Best regards, uf
