Well as long as the hardware vendors have a choice , the consumers had a choice. But if the hardware vendor did not want to exercise their freedom of choice , then that is another story.Did Microsoft say DELL /HWP/CPQ were not allowed to sell application programs from other vendors ? Your speculation that Microsoft used its power of monopoly in the market is a very wild one !!!!Where is your evidence ?
