FHTV is far from dead. It will be dead, in my book anyway, if it doesn't file 10SB in January, to meet April deadline. I am not parting with my shares. I know quite a lot how businesses are done with countries like China, without locals being motivated you go nowhere, the locals want you to motivate them, so you do, they deliver on their part of the bargain and expect you to deliver on yours, in this case they would very likely expect their private "placement" shares to appreciate in value. These relationships can be very delicate and sensitive, hence the "stay away" PR. We could even speculate on the share value which wouldn't disappoint the VIlocalP's. Or let's not speculate, let's just look at the chart. It is in there. 19th of December may prove to be a deadline date for FHTV.
