Potential Causes Of Action By Netscape (AOL) Against MSFT

I suppose it is conceivable that Netscape (AOL) has causes of action against MSFT, which are supported by, or based upon, some of the findings by the Court in the MSFT antitrust litigation.

As a result of the acquisition by AOL of Netscape, those potential causes of action may inure to the benefit of AOL.

I feel very comfortable with my positions in AOL and SUNW at this point.
