I see Star as a company who's CEO expanded to far, too fast & who just isn't up to the challenges he has made for himself. It is also a company whose assets, global position and an opportunity for an acquiring company to get into foreign or domestic markets quickly when time is very important is worth a lot more than their current $430M market cap. They'll be bought out.
