I was just saying to someone via PM that 70 is 'red zone', but it doesn't mean it can't stay there or go higher.
NAZ sure looks like it's hit the upper trendline, a break above would be rare. But NDX has already broken above a similar trendline.
I'm going to watch 2765 very closely.
