You bet he should. DIGG owns 50% of Kommerce do they not? According to some news releases they do. Is Ted a director of Digital Gas, or on an advisory board?? No idea, which board if any. That should be explained in a form 10SB I would imagine. Judging from this link I would hope he is not on the board of directors, ragingbull.com he is asking questions about the "e", and whether the contract can be executed, on second thought I hope he is on neither board. If he is on either board we may be in big trouble. Why? Cause he is publicly asking questions he should know the answers to
