Hi Doug. Re: Greece. I believe I recall reading and posting a piece here shortly after the European announcement where the head of the Greek cb was quoted as saying that they had never been contacted about the agreement. He came across as sounding a bit peeved at being left out. All this is just off the top of my head and I may be confusing the facts with another event, but I don't think so.
