Amati's office decor is Spartan to a fault and no one this side of Buffalo Gap would accuse them of excess on that score. Yes, their phone system should be taken out in the back lot and shot, I grant you that, but that's fixable. As for losing "every potential customer," do you think your friends have exaggerated just a tad? Since only one customer has been awarded a contract --- Alcatel by the Joint Procurement Consortium --- I'd say they're uninformed at best. Consider the source. Regards, Pat
