Let's me tell you another thing in the business world. It is very common about the exclusive agreement in the commercial world, just pick you telephone and call any Corp America and ask to sell their products in certain areas of the United States, I bet , 99% of them will tell you they already had the sale rep. You may try Sun Microsystem to see if they also do the same thing , exclusive agreement. I think all the companies in this country should have the same right , which included freedom of innovation, freedom of decision how the products should be designed, and what to be designed , how to market its products, which should be protected by the constitution , just like the basic human right. All citizen's right should be fully protected, the basic human right , including Bill Gate. The government should not have double standard about those basic rights , or execute the law differently or selectively !!! I think all man are equal under the law, which included Bill Gate and Clinton. |
