It's in Maryland, David, at the top of the bay. Look for Havre de Grace on a map. That's the town that sits on the mouth of the river.

There's good diving down by the Calvert Cliffs nuclear power plant too. You can find fossils and sharks' teeth.

Have you tried hooking up with a dive club? There's a big one in the D.C. area called the Atlantis Rangers.
