Gary, there isn't much doubt that the way they have jerked around the PP holders the past three years is inexcusable. And my first impression was not happiness when they said at the SHM that they were GIVING away their shares to FCM holders, even though I am one too. But, I came to the awareness that by doing so they now had over 1,000+ shareholders tantalized with the IPO talk (instead of less than 30) and had once again committed to doing it based on specific goal achievement, namely the ~$2.5 Million quarter. Slight increase in pressure to do what they said they would do :-) That FNet $2.5 Million quarter is clearly coming like a freight train, possibly by end March quarter. And then its pony up time to make good on those promises. I REALLY doubt they want to have another SHM without having already IPO'd FNet. Bruce
