I hope you guys realize that there is no such thing as a recall due to MMX court battle. If AMD lose the court battle, (I doubt this very much), they don't recall their machines, they pay royalties instead. The distributors should have no fear. Only AMD's earnings should be impacted, just as much as INTC's earnings should be impacted this quarter by the expense they put into hyping up MMX.
