It would be nice if you could make up your mind as to whether or not the Nevada property is or isn't a "desert dirt" property.

Rumours are floating (no doubt the shorts, right?) around that analysts who visited Delgratia are not impressed with the property. Maybe you should address some real issues in your next update like:

1) Why the heck are the holes so far apart?
2) Are there questions about what rights they actually have to the property?
