B-89, the description of God presented by the addressee of your post, is not the one most of, us on this thread, believe in. IMO God made man to love, and weeps when His creation goes astray, and, only after refusing to repent, then faces punishment. In Revelations, God gives man numerous opportunities to repent and be saved, but, all too many, refuse the offer, and the tribulations continue until the end.
