Hard to replace Kim, no? In what sense are you speaking of a deputy acting? Not in terms of picks but rather in terms of organizing thoughts, keeping the thread from getting scattered among a million different ideas? Interesting, and I'd say we have a few de facto stand-ins already: 2MAR$, $Mogul, gizmo seem to be good at picks, not rushed into things, good at reading the current action, steady and prudent. No insult to anyone else, really, but if we're to discuss this it's gotta be a frank discussion.
Me, I am too new, too emotional still in my picks (both the stocks themselves and the buy-in times), and (last and least) not able to be around consistently throughout the day to do enough good.
