No penalty etc has actually been applied yet to Microsoft.
In no sense has Microsoft been raped, that is just alarmist
language. Just because a company is large and successful, does that give it the right to break the law ? No one is
talking of "raping" Microsoft, just curtailing the abuse of
its monopoly position. Dont you want the *choice* to buy
a PC without a Microsoft product, if that is what you want to do ?
