Hi Bill, can't say I share your concern about Yorkton's selling - Yorkton bought the warrants on Sept 1 to help Burntsand raise funds for acquisitions. Yorkton bought the warrants, collected a commission ... Yorkton sold some shares, collected a commission ... seems like a pretty normal scenario in the financing/brokerage business.

I also find your conclusion about BRT and Pivotal being "not dissimilar" a bit of a stretch. BRT is essentially a professional services consulting company whose solutions offerings include CRM applications; Pivotal is essentially a CRM software vendor.

Personally if I were looking for a CRM software company in which to invest, it would be Siebel, the industry leader. If I were looking for a CRM/eBusiness software company in which to speculate, it would be Multiactive Software (E-TSE) who have both CRM and eCommerce software solutions for sale. But then these thoughts are for those threads.

Cheers!
