The operating system may be good value, you may have got the browser for free, so what? Did they abuse a monopoly position when trying to prevent you from getting any other browser? Did they try to restrict the functionality of the NetScape browser before it went to market? I have used Microsoft products since 1982, and some are good value etc but that is irrelevant. I urge everyone to read the whole FOF, some of it seems pretty irrefutable. I hope Microsoft survives and prospers, but only if it does not abuse its monopoly position in future. I like to see a diversity of choice.
