>>udge Jackson acted as a pimp to the MSFT competitors. It was very clear throughout the trial<<

It is the opinion of many Microsoft shareholders that Judge Jackson acted with prejudice and abused his position of power to injure and defame the reputation of a successful and prosperous conglomerate.
I would like to know if shareholders can level a billion dollar law suite against Judge Jackson for stating that Microsoft did hurt the consumer. The only thing that I see getting hurt is Microsoft Sharholders and we need to see if there is a remedy for retaliation. People in high public offices have to be dealt with appropriately when they abuse their power and certainly we saw clear evidence of this on Friday night. What do you all think about this? When is the next shareholders meeting?? It should be proposed on the floor of the meeting about what we can do to address the damages done to the value of the stock. It was a dilberate act to sabotage the reputation of Bill Gates and the shareholders value in the stock.
