Management is paranoid about giving up voting control of the company even though they own more than 40% of it. They want to use the "B" shares for acquisitions, but don't want to dilute themselves. Look at the spread between the "A"s and the "B"s why is there such a difference. This is management's aim at eliminating that gap but also at enhancing liquidity and valuation without ceding control of the company away.

Let them control it, they are by far one of the best management teams of any company I own.
