There was little doubt that this judge would be "extreme" in his findings. That's why I hope MSFT tries to settle and gets that slap on the wrist but if it can't, I want to see this appealed because i want to see how the appellate court would handle the judge's findings of fact. I just do'nt see the DOJ prevailing on appeal.
